These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Listpilot website and services ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Listpilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

Listpilot is a monthly subscription-based software platform designed to help real estate professionals create and enhance property listings. We provide listing descriptions, enhanced photos, and custom property websites using AI and third-party tools.

A limited free account is available. All paid plans are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share your account unless explicitly allowed through our brokerage or team-sharing features. Listings are private by default and only shared when you explicitly choose to do so.

3. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all property descriptions, uploaded photos, and AI-enhanced images generated through the platform. You are free to use, reuse, publish, and distribute any content you create using Listpilot.

We do not claim any rights to your content beyond the technical requirements needed to deliver the service.

4. Cancellations & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

After cancellation, we will retain your account and listing data for 30 days in case you choose to reactivate. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted. No refunds will be issued for unused time or partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You may only use Listpilot to create content for property listings you are legally authorized to represent. You agree not to use the service for any illegal, deceptive, or abusive purpose.

Misuse of the platform, including the creation of unauthorized listings, fraudulent data, or violation of third-party rights, may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. AI and Third-Party Services

Listpilot uses third-party AI models, including those provided by OpenAI, to generate certain features of the platform. By using the service, you agree to comply with OpenAI's use policies:

We are not responsible for output generated by the AI models, nor do we guarantee factual accuracy, legality, or regulatory compliance of any AI-generated content.

7. MLS and Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content generated through Listpilot complies with your local, state, or federal real estate advertising regulations, including those set by MLS organizations.

We do not guarantee that any listing description, image, or website will meet compliance or advertising standards. Use of generated content is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Listpilot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy, or specific results. Use of the platform is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listpilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or generated content.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
